so basically would you guys like to have a forum sub-plot or keep everything the way it is? keep in mind you would have to play this plot if you dont want to. You can keep to what you have going or even play both! here is a the plot.
What is it that vexes all men? Some may say women; as fickle and finicky as they are. Hold them too tight and you smother them, too loose and they are apt to fly away like dainty sparrows. Others may say its a lust for power and the vexation of men lies in that lust for power. The desire to obtain something intangible but a something that could mean the world. And then there are those that say its life that vexes mankind. The constant change; the ebb and flow. But is it really any one of these things?
Those that know better know its a combination of everything life has to offer in its entirety. Its the combination of these vexations that leads men to make their decisions.
Its only been a few months since the largest sea battle the world has ever known. Believe it or not, those that were there certainly have stories to tell to satiate the non-believers. Since then nothing has died down in the Naval world, nor the Pirate world, and everything is still as hectic as before. Rumors are flying about Lord Beckett's demise and the new man that is rising to take his place. But who is he? No one seems to know. Not to mention, rumors among the Pirate world tell of a map that will lead to the Fountain Of Youth. Who has that map? None other than Jack Sparrow. Excuse me, Captain Jack Sparrow. That can't be the only one in circulation though, can it?
It won't be long before the Navy and the new Lord of the East India Trading Company gets wind of the Fountain and when that happens who knows what will come of the world. Surely the Fountain is heavily guarded and well hidden so those who are on the long, treacherous journey have better equip themselves. Meanwhile, life back in Port Royal has started to seem darker, more bleak as Beckett's successor keeps the people in an iron grip. Some residents are even too afraid to breathe. Said successor has locked up most every vessel save for those of Navy order and certified trading vessels. As of late if any unauthorized vessel is seen it is attacked on arrival. We're falling on tough times, my friend.
